Redditors Claim Donald Trump’s Rant Note in Hush Money Trial is Just for Attention
Former US President Donald Trump was caught on camera with a handwritten note during his hush money trial, sparking speculation and debate among Redditors. The note, scribbled in thick black marker, read, “This case should be dismissed by the judge, but it’s totally corrupt.”
While some Redditors mocked Trump for needing a written reminder to make his point, others suggested that he did it intentionally to gain attention. One user pointed out, “He wrote it down because he knew he’d be photographed and get your attention.”
The image, which resurfaced on Reddit and was also shared on Getty Images, has caused a stir online. Some users questioned the authenticity of the note, with one Redditor debunking the possibility of AI involvement, stating, “This is pure Trump intelligence at work.”
Trump, who is under a gag order from the judge, is prohibited from speaking about the hush money case outside the court premises. Despite this, he has been fined $10,000 for contempt of court for repeatedly disregarding the order.
The trial concluded with closing arguments on Tuesday, and jury deliberations are set to begin on Wednesday. The note written by Trump has certainly added an intriguing twist to the ongoing legal proceedings.
